Cadets will be practising before the ceremony and will need to be dropped off in the morning.

🕑 Drop Off: 0900h

👔 Dress: WEAR CIVILIAN ATTIRE — BRING YOUR UNIFORM ON HANGERS.

Lunch will be provided for cadets.

PARENTS & GUESTS

🕑 Time: Join us at 1400h for a prompt 1430h start of the ceremony.

👔 Dress Code:

• CAF: No. 1A

• Cadets: C1

• Guests: Business Attire
  

🍽️ Reception: Reception with light refreshments to follow.

📍 Location:The Ship at Branch 530: 316 Marsland Dr. (Rear Building) Waterloo, ON N2J 3Z1

Parking:

• VIP/Accessible Parking
  

  • There will be limited parking for our VIP guests, and guests requiring accessible parking at 530 legion.

  • You may also enter the legion and use the stairs or elevator to come down to the back area instead of walking down the ramp.

• Parents & Guests

  • Please park at the Conestoga College parking lot off Marsland Dr.

  • You are able to drop off at the top of the Legion and then park at the college— short 4 min walk.

  • Limited parking is available on the street.
