WARSPITE CADETS EMBARK ON BRIGS ADVENTURE!

🚢 WARSPITE CADETS EMBARK ON BRIGS ADVENTURE! 🚢

Petty Officers 2nd Class (POC2) Brunet & Mehta have just set sail on an incredible 10-day adventure with the BRIGS Youth Sail Training Program! 🏴‍☠️⚓

We are proud to support our cadets in taking on this thrilling challenge, where they will learn the art of tall ship sailing. (This trip is outside the cadet program. However, this opportunity was made possible thanks to the connections made with BRIGS during our corps' training on BRIGS earlier this June.)

About BRIGS: The BRIGS Youth Sail Training program offers young people the chance to develop leadership, teamwork, and seamanship skills through hands-on sailing experience on traditional tall ships. It's an experience like no other, blending the excitement of adventure with personal growth and lifelong friendships.

Stay tuned for a special post in a few weeks, where we'll share the details of their journey and the adventures they encountered on the high seas! 🌊📜

Bravo Zulu and Safe Journey PO's!

If you’re interested in the BRIGS program but are concerned about the cost, consider applying for the BRIGS Pathfinder Fund. This fund provides financial assistance to those in need, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to experience the life-changing adventure of tall ship sailing. For more information, visit the Pathfinder Fund.
