The Kitchener Pioneer Lions Club has made a generous donation to fully support our Tall Ship Training weekend for our 2023-2024 training year!



The Kitchener Pioneer Lions Club is a community service organization located in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. The club was founded in 1951 and has been serving the local community ever since. The club is part of Lions Club International, a global network of 1.4 million volunteers in over 200 countries.


The Kitchener Pioneer Lions Club is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and communities by providing service and support in various areas such as vision health, environmental causes, youth, and disaster relief.


One of the notable initiatives of the Kitchener Pioneer Lions Club is the Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides program, which provides assistance dogs to Canadians with disabilities. The club is also involved in organizing and funding local events such as the Kitchener-Waterloo Santa Claus Parade and the Kitchener-Waterloo Multicultural Festival.


With over 50 members, the Kitchener Pioneer Lions Club is a diverse group of individuals united by the common goal of making a positive impact on their community. By organizing fundraisers, volunteering, and partnering with local organizations, the club aims to create a better world for all.
